The Many Faces of Karateka - Playing Karateka on 9 Different Systems. Today I'm going to be playing Karateka on 9 different systems. I've always been a huge fan of Karateka. It was cinematic on how it came across and told a wonderful story. It was the first game I completed as a kid and it always had a special place for me. I enjoyed playing it for the first time on a lot of these different system. I played it on the Apple II, Amstrad, Atari 800, Atari 7800, Commodore 64, MS-DOS, NES, ZX Spectrum and the Game Boy. Adding the NES and the Gameboy was new for me because I usually stick to the 8bit computer systems, but I thought they were an interesting addition and it was fun to see the differences between all of them. So pull up a chair and grab a joystick and lets floppy deep dive into Karateka.
