Subscribers picked Imperium Galactica for April, and I thought getting it running on real hardware would be easy.

I was VERY wrong.

Windows 98 failed.

Windows Me failed.

I ended up editing CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT by hand just to make the game launch correctly on a real retro PC setup.

This used to be completely normal for PC gaming in the 90s… and somehow we all accepted it. BOOM. 💾
