While visiting Québec City, I stumbled across a local retro video game store called La Planque Jeux Vidéo, and of course the first thing I asked about was Commodore 64.
That search didn't exactly go as planned, but the store was packed with games and systems from Atari, Sega, Nintendo, GameCube and more. I ended up doing a little retro game hunting and bringing three games home from Québec: Altered Beast for Sega Genesis, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for GameCube, and Spy vs. Spy for NES.
Come along as I explore a retro game store in Québec City, talk collecting with Lien, meet the store owner, and find out what followed me home.
Real Hardware. Real Memories.
